River Bend Rocks! Concert Series

What:
River Bend Nature Center launches the River Bend Rocks! Concert Series Thursday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. with solid gold sounds of The Falls' own Exit Strategy. This is a tobacco-, drug- and alcohol-free outdoor event for the entire family.

The concert will be held on River Bend's terrace. Seating is limited to a few picnic tables, so patrons are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. Coolers will be allowed, however alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

There is no charge for this initial offering in what is planned to be a continuing outdoor concert series if attendance supports it. Donations will be accepted and greatly appreciated with all proceeds going to support River Bend's operating costs.

River Bend Nature Center is located at 3rd Street and Sunset just south of the main entrance to Lucy Park in Wichita Falls. From 5th Street turn North on Sunset and take the second left turn to our parking lot. Further information is available by calling Winston Bonnheim at (940) 767-0843.
