ACORN + CONGRESS = RICO

The RICO act is an act or law that was set up to go after organized crime and the many mafia style organizations. The RICO Act seems to be used often when dealing with drug dealers or rouge comanies. But what about congress, lobbies and yes even a president? The RICO Act should have already been used against Barney Frank & Chirs Dodd and the Sub Prime Crime - and it was a crime! Next, RICO should have been used in the Senate Seat Crime with Blogo, Jackson &others. But more important whyhasthe RICO Act not been mentioned, suggested or used in the case of ACORN and Congress?If ever there was high crimes and misdemeaners that involved a congress, a president and numerous other entities it is in the ACORN Case. Why has only a hand full of states decided to pick up the case against ACORN and run with it?

Instead, they play games, postpone and even ignore the crimes as they did in the Sub Prime Crime - and it was a crime! Why has Holder not sought the RICO Act not sought the RICO Act in any other situation instead of going after the CIA and Cheney? Why? I can tell you why! This is the most corrupt, illegal and criminally active congress since the beginning of America! That's why.
