Another Health Food Lie
Hey folks, I have a news flash - it's not the trans fat, it's the sugar! You can cut the fat, you can trade beef for fish, you can even leave out the Krispy Kremes for a 1 pund t-bone, and it just won't matter if you are consuming enough sugar each day to run your body! Let me lay it out for you this way, your body is an engine, your engine can run on 2 fuels - fat or sugar! You must limit one or both of these to loose weight(South Beach)without that awful exercise. So if you are consuming enough sugar to run your bidy it does not need the fat at all. Also, we see as the American body gets sicker and sicker. This is not from fat it is from sugar! So which one do you think should be banned or outlawed - not trans fat. It is the sugar! And who exactly produces more sugar thatn nayone else - Coke! But of course we would not want to step on ole Coke's toes, they are a national treasure. Next is beer, beer is digested as sugar and so are other drinks like gator-aide and fruit juices. We are in fact drinking our selves to death NOT eating ourselves to death. We have activist telling us to stop eating meet and pork while they say nothing about the total lack of nutrition in drinks we are consuming. They refuse to go after Coke, Miller or Bud and stick to the easy ones like Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts. Folks, we have been horn swaggled! We have been lied too and decieved! We must find someone that will indeed tell the truth about America's illness and diet. The over-educated-cone-heads have distorted fact after fact telling us that chilken is better, not fish is better only to change their little minds with whoever is passing out the most grants each year!
